Born in the Silicon Valley region. Since 2004.
At American Tooling & Machining, we believe innovation should flow freely—whether you’re designing a life-changing medical device, a next-generation mobility system, or a sustainable consumer product.
Through our investment in American Tooling & Machining in Fremont, we anchor our operations in Silicon Valley, delivering local execution, fast iteration, and real accountability for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
Backed by global engineering and manufacturing expertise since 2000—and strengthened by 30+ years of machining excellence—we bring global-grade prototyping and advanced manufacturing to your doorstep: fast, precise, and cost-effective, without the friction of traditional supply chains.
Our Story
Founded in the Silicon Valley region with a small team and a deep passion for precision, American Tooling & Machining grew alongside the accelerating global demand for rapid prototyping and advanced manufacturing.
Over time, our platform expanded to a team of 60+ engineers and technicians, operating state-of-the-art CNC equipment and modern inspection systems sourced from both Asia and the United States. Together with our Fremont-based capabilities, this foundation represents more than three decades of precision machining expertise, serving innovators across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Today, American Tooling & Machining brings that global capability locally to Silicon Valley—removing traditional supply-chain barriers and enabling startups and enterprises to prototype faster, iterate smarter, and scale with confidence.
